Mat Pilates
Motion Health Mat Pilates classes are designed to work the body in all planes of motion to improve mobility, postural alignment, strength, flexibility, and balance.
The programme will include classical Pilates exercises, contemporary touches and functional movement.
You will be encouraged to work within your range of movement with options given to progress some exercises. Participants will benefit from a full-body programme which will include standing and mat exercises.
Classes: Wednesdays 9:15am - 10:15am & Fridays 12pm - 1pm
