Facebook is a great way to engage quickly and easily with key sections of your market. On the downside, it can often be hard to get traction with your audience. This is often made harder by regular changes to Facebook's algorithm which determines what is shown in people's news feeds.
While it can be tempting to put Facebook in the too hard basket if you don't see a tangible return, Facebook does allow you to target people - your clients, key demographics and groups - in an affordable way. It also gives you the ability to share lots of different content. In the allied health space, it also provides us with a platform to educate people - developing and nurturing this good will goes a long way to building loyalty with your clients.
